Hickey Metal Fabrication is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Must have 3-5 years experience setting up and operating a CNC Lathe.

Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting.

Take measurements, detect malfunctions, and troubleshoot.

Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes.
-
Ensure all work is performed in a safe and professional manner.

Ensure work area is kept clean.
-
Good attendance is a must!
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years prior experience.
-
Experience with G and M codes.
-
Experience programming, entering instructions, setting tool registers, and offsets.

Ability to calculate requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.

Able to prove part programs.
-
Able to work well with others in a fast paced machine shop environment.
