Laser Cutting
Our high-speed Trumpf fiber lasers cut up to 1.25” thick sheets. Our lasers handle detailed part contours with a superior edge finish without de-burring. Our Trumpf 3060 machines process 96” x 240” material.
Tube Laser Cutting
Our tube lasers, Trumpf 5000 & 7000 tubes have 30’ foot infeed and 26’ outfeed capabilities. We process burnt tubes parts to 10” round and 8” square. We perform high-volume tube laser runs.
CNC Punch Press
Our Trumpf TruPunch 5000 with SheetMaster automation allows us to process sheet metal parts faster without handling. The large format machine allows us to automate up to 13’ long.
Welding
Our 15 robotic weld cells offer a wide range of steel and aluminum automation. We are capable of higher volume parts and various size weldments. We design all of our own fixtures in-house and take a part from design to completion faster than other fabricators. Along with Robotic welding, we have 90+ weld stations for steel and aluminum MIG and TIG welding. Weld areas include weld positions and Jib cranes.
Press Brake Bending
Press brakes range from 25 tons to 1250 tons; lengths from 4’ to 26’. There are not many projects that we cannot bend. We offer two robotic bend cells to handle higher volume production. Also we can bend up to 26’ long on our longest brakes.
Large Fabrication
Our state-of-the-art equipment gives us a wide range of capabilities to complete your largest project. Check out our collection of large fabrication machines and allow us to build out a custom fabrication process to efficiently produce whatever you need in the shortest amount of time.
Tube Bending
Our Pines #4 Tube Bender was our first tube bender over 25 years ago and we have been bending various shapes and sizes since then. In 2019, we added a BLM Elect 150 6” machine to advanced our tube bending capabilities and enter into new markets.
CNC Mill
We have multiple size CNC vertical mills to do small high volume parts and larger finished machined weldments. We added automation to various machines with pallet pool machines to increase our throughput.
CNC Lathe
We offer various turning solutions and size machines. We have to be able to handle the 5 to 10 part runs and the 10,000 part volumes. Our turning automation with robotics and barfeeders / part collectors enables us to produce more
Metal Spinning
We do metal spinning and can process a blank up to 96” in diameter. Metal spinning is specific to tooling and part geometries. Our engineering team can help bring your part to life.
Robotic Solutions
We have plasma, machining and grinding robotic solutions. These cells allow us to process parts faster for our customers.
Misc. Equipment
We have a cornerformer and PEM setter that are used in sheet metal parts and sheet metal cabinets.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Our plasma tables cut thicknesses up to 1.5” plate accurately. Our ESAB Twin Head Plasma table cuts very long parts; table capacity of 1.5” x 13’ 6” x 40’.
CNC OXY-FUEL CUTTING
We oxy-fuel cut up to 2.5” plate then complete secondary options in our machine shop
Shear & Roll
If your part has rolling, we can accomplish it. We have the ability to roll larger parts in our 14” Davi Rolls.
Sawing
We process large amounts of raw material for our machine shop and weld departments with various vertical band saws and automated cold saws.
Faro
We can check our work. We have a Faro Quantum e Max arm to check parts.
