Flat Laser Cutting
Our high-speed Trumpf lasers cut up to 2” thick carbon sheets. Our lasers handle detailed part contours with a superior edge finish without de-burring. Our Trumpf 5030 harnesses 24,000 watts of power to deliver a superior cut part.
Tube Laser Cutting
Our array of Trumpf 5000 & 7000 tube lasers feature a 30’ infeed and 29.5’ outfeed capabilities. Our Trumpf tube lasers feature many capabilities such as fiber technology, bevel cutting, spindle unit for tapping and flow drill, and spatter catching.
Jumbo Tube Laser Cutting
Our Mazak Jumbo Tube Laser expands our tube cutting profiles up to 16” OD round tube, 12” square and rectangular tubing, up to ¼” wall thickness. The FG NEO-400 processes material up to 41’ in length and features a 4-chuck clamping system, tapping and flow drill capacity, and beam shaping.
Tube Bending
Our AMOB e100 10 axis all electric CNC tube bending cell is state of the art to deliver precision, flexibility and repeatability in tube bent parts production. With the machines multi-stack capacity, all electric 10-axis mandrel and rotary it can process a tube thickness up to ¼”, round tube up to 4”, square tube up to 2.75”, rectangular tube up to 3” x 2.5”.
Welding
Our blend of manual, robotic, Cobot and laser welding cells allow Ohio Laser the flexibility to handle large running and smaller batch weldments. We design all of our own fixtures in-house and take a part from design to completion faster than other fabricators. Our weld areas include weld positions and overhead cranes for larger, heavier components.
Press Brake Bending
Our Press Brakes range from 40 tons up to 258 tons of bending strength and we can bend parts ranging in size from 3.3’ up to 14’. We offer TRUMPF ACB features on our machines, set up and testing capabilities as well as ancillary robotic arm on our Trumpf electric 7036 brake.
CNC Mill
Ohio Laser offers the use of our Haas VF 6 SS vertical machining center to add value to our customers flat and tube cut parts. Our Haas VF 6 SS is automated with a Midaco Pallet Changer increasing our part production and efficiency.
Misc. Equipment
Ohio Laser can perform additional metal finishing services to adhere to our customers’ part requirements. From part leveling, sanding, de-burring, oxide removal and powder coating, we increase part value by offering our customers a completely fabricated part.
Quality Equipment
We ensure our customers the highest quality from drawing to completion. Throughout the manufacturing process we inspect parts during their operational cycle. We offer enhanced quality using our FARO arms and InspecVision machine.
