Aluminum TIG Welder

Description

Hickey Metal Fabrication is seeking an experienced aluminum TIG welder to weld various aluminum weldments and aluminum pipe.

Must be proficient in aluminum TIG. We TIG various types of materials but we are specifically looking for aluminum TIG welders.
Must be able to read blue prints, drawings, calipers, tape measures and angle gauges.
Must be able to set up welding machines based on job and welding procedure specification.
Must be able to fit products to blueprint specification.
Must keep work area clean and organized.
Must be self-motivated.
Must be able to lift raw materials, pack finished products, and move finished goods to the shipping area.

Minimum 3 years prior experience.
Welder Certifications (not required but recommended).
Overhead crane and forklift experience recommended.
Ability to follow instructions.
A weld test is required as part of the hiring process.
Candidates are required to submit to hair follicle drug test and background check.
